Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using RepurposerHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RepurposerHub provides browser-based tools that help restructure source content into editable social-media drafts. Features may be changed, added, limited or removed as the product develops.

Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you enter and the drafts produced from it. You are responsible for reviewing the output, verifying facts, securing any necessary rights or permissions, and deciding whether it is appropriate to publish.

Do not enter content that you do not have the right to use or content whose disclosure would violate a duty of confidentiality.

Acceptable use

You may not use RepurposerHub to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, generate deceptive spam, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Intellectual property

The RepurposerHub name, interface, original site content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its branding to you.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including analytics, advertising or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranties

RepurposerHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, platform acceptance, audience growth, revenue or any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RepurposerHub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
